About Us
JCL Solutions was founded by CEO, Christiana Ratcliff in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was during this time, that she realized that tax laws, and credits were changing so fast and that people were being given false information! This resulted in incorrectly prepared tax returns, which caused added frustration to the working class. After assisting many persons with obtaining accurate information, I then became inspired to be a tax advocate for such persons, and ensuring that my clients would always receive accurate information, and professional services during tax season.
